These terms apply to the Sumi iPhone app and this website, both made by Another Agence.
1. The app
Sumi is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Results
Sumi is built to be accurate, but results — including unit conversions, exchange rates, dates and time zones — are provided as is. Exchange rates are daily reference rates, not the rates a bank or card will charge you. Please double-check anything important, such as financial, medical or legal figures.
3. Your content
What you write in Sumi belongs to you and stays on your device.
4. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Another Agence is not liable for losses caused by relying on a result from the app or information on this website.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
